Handover & Closeout
We will issue a certificate, whereby the final handover from the contractor to the client will take place, occasionally with a commissioning occurring. Between 6 to 12 months after the handover was completed the contractor may come back on site to rectify any issues that may have occurred over the period of defect liability. As architects and contract administers, we can help with communication and schedule of defects.
