The renovation of this elegant Belgravia apartment at Eaton Place reimagined a traditional stucco-fronted property into a contemporary home of light, volume and sophistication.

Working within the Grade II listed fabric, the design celebrates original features such as ornate cornicing, high ceilings and tall sash windows, while introducing bold modern elements and a refined material palette.

The internal layout was reconfigured to enhance spatial flow and maximise natural light across all levels. A dramatic spiral stair with glass balustrading and dark timber treads forms the sculptural centrepiece of the home, connecting the newly opened living spaces. Throughout, rich walnut joinery contrasts with crisp white walls and bespoke marble detailing to create a seamless balance of warmth and luxury.

Key features include a sleek, marble-clad kitchen with integrated appliances and dark wood cabinetry, a generous open-plan dining and living area with feature shelving and fireplace, and a tranquil principal bathroom finished in bookmatched marble with a sunken tub and statement chandelier.
