The remodelling and loft extension in this stylish flat was crucial to creating a functional and glamorous space.
This Primrose Hill apartment had been left untouched for 30 years and was in desperate need of revitalisation.
A loft extension and internal remodelling added an entire floor to the property and allowed for the redistribution of bedrooms to create a larger living space
The stylish downstairs features internal Crittall glazing which creates a striking physical divide between zones while still allowing the space to feel large and open. The upstairs bathroom recently featured in Grand Designs Magazine, takes full advantage of the height restricted space and a large skylight along the eave visually elongates the room.
Cat Dal Interiors collaborated on this project and challenged the traditional layout of an eaves bathroom by placing a stand up bath directly under this skylight.
