Complete renovation of a Grade II listed flat in Belgravia.
This beautiful flat in Belgravia needed complete remodelling. The property was originally built at the turn of the century and possesses many beautiful Victorian features however, the floorplan was dated and the space didn’t function well. We were keen to retain the historical integrity of the building whilst adding elements of modern design.
The project scope included remodelling of the interior spaces. Natural light was maximised inside the property where possible. The kitchen and sitting room was knocked through to create a contemporary open plan living space and a large roof light was installed over the stairwell to flood the primary living space with natural light.
In the living room, elegant recessed shelving with warm lighting was installed and a traditional decorative cornice was reinstated to the perimeter of the room. The art deco fireplace providing a focal centre point.
